We once teased President Joe Biden for making a few silly gaffes here and there. It was funny until we realized it was more than "here and there."
The 80-year-old president, who many, including former White House physicians, claim has serious levels of cognitive decline -- if not outright dementia -- has gaffed with increasing frequency over the past year.
It's now at a point where it's scary for several reasons. National security implications immediately come to mind. As The Western Journal recently reported, his last gaffe, made while in attendance at this year's G20 Summit, could be one of his worst.
As has happened in the past, Biden was spotted holding a "cheat sheet," which contained basic instructions that one might provide for a school-aged child.
The cheat sheet he had at the G20 gathering contained the most basic possible instructions, prompting many to wonder why the leader of the free world would need that level of assistance.
"YOU will sit," one of the instructions read. Another read, "YOU depart" at the conclusion of his speech, as if he wouldn't naturally know to do that, which is a chilling thought.

It's certainly not the first time he's been caught with such basic guidance.
"Biden turned heads in September 2021 when he toured damage in Louisiana caused by Hurricane Ida and was also photographed with what appeared to be cheat sheets, the New York Post reported," the Western Journal noted.
Twitter users and his critics tore into President Biden for using the sheet to get through a relatively simple task.

We can only hope and pray that the United States doesn't need to rise to any super serious occasions under the cognitively impaired clown we currently have running the country. The thought of such a scenario is absolutely terrifying.
