As New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s star continues to fall amid new accusations of sexual harassment on top of the growing nursing home scandal, leftist women are peculiarly quiet on the issue.
Vice President Kamala Harris, the most powerful woman in Washington, was just called out by Fox News’ Steve Hilton who pointed out that she has yet to comment on the allegations brought against Cuomo by former aide Lindsey Boylan earlier this week.
“Of all the people during that Kavanaugh circus, wasn’t she the one that was the biggest grandstander, the most aggressive in making those arguments?” Hilton remarked on Friday.
Kamala Harris garnered a lot of political points during now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing in 2017 for her savage “takedown” of the nominee based on unsubstantiated sexual assault accusations.
In fact, Harris also said at one point in 2019 that she believed the stories of sexual assault and harassment brought against then-Democratic primary opponent Joe Biden, before pretending she never said such a thing once she lost the primary and was asked to join Biden’s presidential campaign.
“Kamala Harris has shown that there is nothing more important to her, no principal, nothing that she believes in, including this kind of abuse allegation that is more important to her than her own political prospects,” Hilton blazed.
“And you see it playing out here as well, where she will not take a stand that she previously did. If it means interrupting support from or to other Democrats, it is completely disgraceful. But unfortunately, it is a pattern with her,” Hilton added. “I think we should all be focusing on the vice president. What is she going to say about this?”
