Despite the cries of the mainstream media — and even some GOP public figures — President Trump is fighting back against Democrat attempts to undermine the integrity of our elections.
The Trump campaign has already launched numerous lawsuits in Pennsylvania, and Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, revealed on Sunday that he is in possession of evidence that could reverse the outcome of the state’s presidential election.
Most mainstream media outlets have called Pennsylvania for Trump, but so many irregularities and instances of questionable behavior on the part of poll workers have led the Trump administration to challenge the outcome.
Giuliani told Fox’s Maria Bartiromo during a Sunday interview that he believes the Trump campaign has gathered enough evidence to change the fate of the Keystone state’s election.
“Well, I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster,” Giuliani said. “We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I’m giving you the big picture.”
Guiliani said that based on the evidence of voter fraud and election interference that he’s collected in Pennsylvania, the Trump campaign will launch further lawsuits in the coming days.
For instance, Giuliani pointed out in reference to GOP poll watchers that complained of being blocked from observing the ballot-counting process: “Even though we went to court, and we were allowed to move 6 feet closer, the Democrat-machine people moved the counting place six feet further away. This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses.”
No state’s election has been certified as of yet, including Pennsylvania, and the Trump campaign has pledged to not stop fighting until the bitter end. The Trump campaign launched a lawsuit on Monday to prevent Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar from “hurrying” the certification process.
Trump campaign general counsel Matt Morgan announced at a press conference on Monday afternoon:
The election is not over. Tabulation and candidacy continues across the United States, and today in the United States District Court for the middle district of Pennsylvania, Donald J. Trump and two representative voters filed suit against the Secretary of State and select counties alleging two things. Number one, a violation of equal access based on a lack of meaningful observation and transparency particularly in Democrat controlled counties, and secondly a violation of equal protection based on disparate treatment between Republican voters and Democrat voters.
We believe that a meaningful review of those ballots could discern that there were some ballots that were illegally counted. We believe that this lawsuit takes us one step closer to closing the gap in the vote differential in Pennsylvania.
