As President Donald Trump’s legal team continues to wage battles on multiple fronts with numerous allegations of voter and ballot fraud, several new accounts of suspected rule-breaking have emerged in some of the most crucial swing states in the 2020 election.
According to Breitbart, during a press conference on Saturday held by Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, a Republican poll watcher in Pennsylvania by the name of Daryl Brooks claimed that he wasn’t allowed to be reasonably close to the ballot counting process, as is allowed by law.
“Listen, we just want a fair election, and we view this, we view that was not fair at all. It was not fair. … You could allow us to look at the ballots, some ballots, but nothing. We were kept away from everything,” Brooks said.
Brooks went on to explain the exact circumstances during the election day turmoil, claiming that the election officials wouldn’t allow cell phones or cameras in the building, while insisting that poll watchers stay at least 20 feet away from those who were counting ballots.
“We saw people working on the ballots but we didn’t know any names, we didn’t see anything. We don’t know if people voted twice or three times. We didn’t know if dead people were voting,” Brooks said.
In an earlier account reported by Breitbart, Brooks wasn’t the only poll watcher denied access to oversee the ballot counting process. On election day, a video of a poll watcher being denied access at a Philadelphia ballot-counting center quickly emerged and went viral.

There were a number of similar accounts that allegedly took place across the entire city, leading top GOP officials and Trump’s legal team to raise serious questions about election integrity in arguably the most important battleground state of the entire election.
So far, no official action has been taken on the situation involving poll watchers in Pennsylvania, but according to The Hill, the Trump campaign scored at least on initial victory after the United States Supreme Court intervened on Friday and demanded that Pennsylvania election officials separate the mail-in ballots that arrived after election day.
