House Republican campaign chief Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) sent a clear message in an interview on Monday, telling Democrats to retire or lose in 2022.
“After Virginia, New Jersey, and these other races across the country last week, I really believe that even if you were in a district that Joe Biden won by 10 points just 12 months ago, you’re at risk—which is why I’ve said very clearly over Thanksgiving, these targeted Democrats have a choice to make,” Emmer told Breitbart News Monday.
“I mean, you can either retire, or you can lose next fall. It’s up to you,” he added.
The comments follow a “red wave” of victories last week with Republicans winning victories in Virginia and other places nationwide.
The National Republican Congressional Committee is now expanding its list of targets regarding vulnerable seats it believes the GOP can win to regain power in the House in 2022.

The power change may not end with the House. In the 50-50 Senate, just one seat could make the difference. In Georgia, Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker could be enough to help the GOP regain both the Senate and House in 2022.
If so, the moves could help make President Joe Biden effectively a half-term president, ending his radical agenda and helping push back Democrat legislation until 2024.
