Fox News survey finds only one-third of voters would vote for President Biden

President Joe Biden has left the nation in shambles in his short time as president. Voters who are catching on to that fact are leaving him in droves.

If the election were held today, only one-third of voters would cast a ballot for Biden, the Washington Examiner reported. This is troubling for his reelection prospects as well as the Democratic Party's chances going into the midterms next month.

The Fox News survey, conducted between Oct. 9 to 12, was published Sunday and offers troubling predictions for Biden and the Democrats. The administration's failures, including soaring oil prices and historic inflation, are taking their political toll.

Among the coveted independents, only 13% said they would vote for Biden compared with 54% who said they were likely to vote for another candidate. However, a quarter were unsure or reported that it is too early to decide.

Although Biden's approval edged up from 43% last month to 46% this month, voters are unhappy with his performance. On the economy and inflation, 62% are unsatisfied with his economic plans, while 67% disapprove of how he's addressing inflation.

On the issues typically Democratic strong points like climate change and energy, he has disapproval of 52% and 53%, respectively. Biden is also botching his handling of the war between Ukraine and Russia, as 52% of voters disapprove of his actions while a similar disapproval number for overall foreign policy.

Biden's entire presidency has been marred by low approval numbers even if he occasionally sees a slight bump up. Things are so bad that he has avoided campaigning in states where Senate Democrats are on shaky ground, like Arizona and Nevada.

The media has tried to cover for Biden all along, but the proof of his incompetence is apparent for every issue his administration has botched. Voters will not only have the choice about who they want to be president in 2024, they'll also get to pick which party leads congress beginning next month -- and it's looking bad for Democrats.
