The job of White House correspondent is not an easy one considering it’s a viper’s den of leftists and their allies. However, a new face will be joining the ranks to give a more fair and balanced approach.
Jacqui Heinrich will be the new White House correspondent for Fox News, the Daily Caller reported. The former congressional correspondent said this new position will be fulfilling “a lifelong dream.”
The change was reported in an exclusive to The Hill Thursday. “Honored to have this privilege and eager to carry out my duty of fair, tough, and honest reporting,” Heinrich said on Twitter with the announcement. “See you soon, from the White House!”

Heinrich, who’s been with the network since 2018, will be joining Peter Doocy already representing Fox News in the pressroom. Doocy has been a thorn in White House press secretary Jen Psaki’s side.
Most recently, the two faced off about supposed social media and so-called vaccine misinformation. After news broke that President Joe Biden’s administration was helping to flag social media posts — a clear intrusion of government into free speech — Doocy confronted Psaki in the pressroom. Psaki called it “quite a loaded and inaccurate question” for her part.
As with all Democratic administrations, the leftist media in the press room are reluctant to challenge or push back against the narratives in the way that Fox News has done. Heinrich will be a welcome addition to the network’s efforts to hold the Biden administration accountable.
To replace Heinrich, Fox News has tapped Aishah Hasnie to move up into the vacant role. The network has also hired on Alexandria Hoff for a Washington, D.C. reporter, plucking her from a Philadelphia CBS affiliate.
Fox News has lost some of its gravitas after mistakes in the 2020 presidential election like calling certain states too early. However, it’s the only major network conservatives can count on in the White House press corps, so another correspondent willing to tell the truth is welcome.
