Former Nixon adviser predicts imminent indictment of Donald Trump

Throughout his tenure in the White House, former President Donald Trump frequently and publicly lamented attempts by his opponents to find dirt on him, his family, and his business dealings, referring to the broader crusade as a “witch hunt.”

The dogged determination of the former president’s foes appears to be continuing apace now that he has left office, with former Nixon White House counsel John Dean predicting the imminent indictment of Trump by Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance, according to Just the News.

Dean’s prognostication came in the form of a tweet, which also included a news report indicating that former Trump attorney Michael Cohen was meeting with the district attorney’s office for a seventh time.

According to the Reuters report included in Dean’s tweet, Cohen has been participating in Vance’s ongoing probe of whether the Trump Organization engaged in “possibly extensive and protracted criminal conduct,” but refused to comment when asked about the topics likely to be discussed during his latest meeting with the D.A.’s office.

Late last month, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to block a grand jury in New York from obtaining Trump’s corporate and personal tax records in what had been a protracted fight over their disclosure, as NBC News noted.

The records, which Cohen referred to as the “holy grail” for Vance’s probe, include millions of pages of material turned over by Trump accountants Mazars USA LLP, such as tax returns, related records, and written communications to and from the Trump Organization, according to Reuters.

In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision not to block release of the documents, Trump assailed the move as an extension of a politically motivated “fishing expedition,” adding:

This is something which has never happened to a President before, it is all Democrat-inspired in a totally Democrat location, New York City and State, completely controlled and dominated by a reported enemy of mine, Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Despite their heretofore unsuccessful efforts to finish him once and for all – first with the Russia hoax and then with two failed impeachments – it appears there may be no end in sight when it comes to the left’s unrelenting pursuit of Trump.

  1. All I can say is if Biden does not like the way a Neanderthal thinks, then he should quit hiring them. Case in point Jen Psaki, if she circles back any more I will be getting dizzy.

  4. You Americans have become a f-4″*omg joke as a country and a people.
I believe you are too gutless to stand against the demoloon party and it’s obvious cynicism towards your country.
For the love of life will you wake up?
Your inherent arrogance will deeply affect the entire world.
IF AMERICA FAILS, THEN SO DOES THE WORLD.

  5. I really like the structure of your web-site, however I cannot load all of the side section. If you can solve it could be terrific.

  6. One of the major benefits of using acai berry as a weight loss aid is that it can improve your energy levels significantly. These benefits however can only come to you, if you use the purest available form of acai berry.
