"The Government writes to notify the Court that the grand jury investigation that led to the issuance of the above-referenced warrants has concluded and that based on information currently available to the Government, criminal charges are not forthcoming," the prosecutors noted, according to the New York Post.
"Federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York had been investigating Giuliani's relationship with a former top prosecutor from Ukriane, Yuriy Lutsenko," the report added.

"So where do I go to get my reputation back? Why don't I go to get my lost clients back? Where do I go to get the $3-4 million they cost me, legal fees, damaged other parts of my business," Giuliani said.

The two-year investigation sought to discredit the former mayor following his support of Trump and his concerns regarding 2020 election fraud.
Giuliani was also involved in making public the laptop scandal regarding the president's son Hunter Biden.
The case is now over, but much damage has been done in the long-time attacks against Giuliani.
