Email revealed showing Biden’s chief of staff asking for money for Joe Biden

Ron Klain, President Joe Biden’s chief of staff, reportedly emailed Hunter Biden in 2012 to ask him for money for his father.

“I’m hitting up a few very close friends on a very confidential basis to write checks of $2,000 each,” he reportedly wrote as part of the VP Residence Foundation, according to Fox News.

“We need to keep this low low key, because raising money for the residence now is bad PR โ€” but it has to be done,” the email reportedly read.

The email was sent in 2012 when Biden was vice president under then-President Barack Obama.

The money was reportedly raised, but it is unclear how the amount was brought in.

“Hunter emailed his business partner Eric Schwerin about the request and they discussed whether or not they would accept a check from his law firm Owasco,” according to Breitbart News.

The new information shows more details among the many concerns in Hunter Biden’s emails regarding financial connections with his father that deserve an investigation.
