Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said on Wednesday he will send illegal immigrants from his state to Delaware if President Joe Biden doesn’t secure the border.
“I will send them to Delaware and do that. If he’s (President Biden) not going to support the border being secured, then he should be able to have everyone there,” DeSantis said on Wednesday.

DeSantis also announced he is suing the Biden administration over its border policies, claiming it is costing Florida taxpayers $100 million to house illegal immigrants.
“While some arriving migrants have legitimate asylum claims, many do not. Some are gang members and drug traffickers exploiting the crisis at the border, as evidenced by the skyrocketing amount of Fentanyl seized at the border this year,” the lawsuit says.

The news comes as the nation has experienced more than 1.3 million illegal border crossings since Biden has been in office.
The bus idea may not happen, but the point was made. DeSantis and Americans are not pleased with the president’s lack of response to secure the border. Biden’s days of being able to ignore the problems that illegal immigrants present are over.
