Cross-dressing former Biden administration official Sam Brinton arrested as a "fugitive of justice"

Sam Brinton, the cross-dressing former Biden administration official, was arrested as a "fugitive of justice" Wednesday, Breitbart reported. Brinton's apprehension comes six months after he was forced out of his nuclear waste position for stealing women's luggage at airports.

The non-binary ex-official is being held without bond after being arrested at his Rockville, Maryland, home. A neighbor who witnessed the event reported that "four unmarked police showed up last night; they would not let his spouse Kevin leave."

"After about an hour, Sam Brinton was escorted out in handcuffs," the neighbor said. Montgomery County police spokeswoman Sheira Goff confirmed Brinton's arrest and its origin, according to the Daily Wire.

"The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police are lead on this," Goff explained. "Brinton was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. last night in their home."

The airport police "executed a search warrant May 17 in Montgomery County, Maryland, in connection with allegations of stolen property in luggage from Reagan National Airport that was brought to the department’s attention in February 2023," MWAA spokesman Rob Yingling said. "With the assistance of Montgomery County Police, Samuel Otis Brinton, age 35, of Rockville, Maryland, was taken into custody Wednesday pending charges of Grand Larceny."

On Thursday, Brinton appeared in front of Judge Victor Del Pino via closed-circuit television. Instead of his signature fancy heels and lipstick, Brinton appeared in a blue jail jumpsuit while a public defender pleaded his case.

"Mr. Brinton is a nuclear engineer; he is married," the public defender told the judge. "He works for GeoFission, a nuclear startup," the attorney added.

"He believes if he is released to turn himself in [to Virginia], he can keep his job…," Brinton's public defender continued. "I believe the allegation is stolen luggage."

"I will deny the request to turn himself in," the judge ruled. "Virginia will pick him up. Good luck in Virginia, Mr. Brinton."

Brinton allegedly has a history of victimizing women by stealing their luggage. Previously, Brinton was caught taking a woman's Vera Bradley suitcase from the baggage carousel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport in September.

He also pleaded "no contest" after allegedly being caught stealing from the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. Brinton was charged with a felony and agreed to pay restitution of more than $3,500 in that case.

After these initial cases were publicized, Asia Odorous Khamsin, a fashion designer from Tanzania, revealed that her original garments headed for a fashion show were stolen from the Reagan National Airport in 2018. To her shock and dismay, Khamsin spotted her purloined designer being worn by Brinton.

President Joe Biden has prided himself on his diversity hires, including allowing a man like Brinton to serve as deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy. The fact that he dressed in women's clothing was a plus for the administration.

Yet predictably, Brinton has turned out to be a deeply disturbed individual. Unfortunately, such a commonsense observation that can prevent embarrassing situations such as this is now verboten.
