Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx accused of slapping husband in domestic dispute

As Fox News reports, police were called earlier this month to investigate allegations of domestic violence at the Illinois home of controversial Democrat Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, who gained national notoriety over her mishandling of the Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax case.

According to the outlet, an officer from the Flossmoor Police Department responded to a call at the Foxx home on the evening of June 4 after the prosecutor’s husband, Kelley Foxx, contacted 911 to report a physical altercation with his wife.

At the time of the call, Kelley Foxx noted that while there was physical contact stemming from the dispute, nobody at the residence had “yet” sustained any injuries.

A police report secured through a public records request further revealed that upon arrival, the police officer found the Foxx spouses standing on the front steps of the home, at which point Kelley Foxx indicated that his wife had become upset about something she saw on Facebook about his conduct.

It was at that point, Kelley Foxx explained, that his wife asked him to leave, and when he declined, things grew even more heated.

After additional back-and-forth between the two involving a thrown video game controller and a television remote control, according to Kelley Foxx, Kim Foxx slapped her husband across the face, though the responding officer noted that no physical evidence of such contact could be seen.

The couple’s 19-year-old child was interviewed at the scene, but reportedly indicated that while she did hear a dispute taking place, she “could not tell what was going on and did not see anything.”

No arrests were made as a result of the incident, and to some working inside Kim Foxx’s office, that news comes as no surprise. “We all knew about it right when it happened, but we were waiting for the corruption to start. How would they make this go away,” an internal source said.

“I was born and raised here in Chicago, I think it’s going to go away. Like everything else. When the machine Democrats get in trouble, they make it go away,” the source added. Sadly, given Hillary Clinton’s apparent and longstanding immunity from justice, that phenomenon is by no means limited to the Windy City.

what a wooos!! If she didn’t shoot or stab him a slap is nothing. If the house is in both their names,he doesn’t ‘have’ to leave. File for divorce.
