A group of airline pilots protested outside Charlotte-Douglas International Airport Sunday to oppose a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The group, called U.S. Freedom Flyers, took their stand as the Biden administration officially launched its latest directive last week to require a coronavirus vaccine for employees in companies of 100 or more workers.

“We’re out here today because we’re tired of the mandate. We’re tired of being told that our bodies are not ours,” pilot Artemis Coburn told a local Fox affiliate.
“It just comes down to enough is enough, and we’re going to make a stand, and this is our stand,” he added.
On Saturday, the Federal Court of Appeals issued a temporary halt to Biden’s vaccine mandate.
