Biden’s ‘woke’ military agenda cost millions of working hours

The Defense Department spent almost six million working hours to implement President Joe Biden’s “woke” agenda in the military, according to a new report from Republicans.

A report on the new Biden administration training included “more than 5.3 million hours and $535,000 was spent on extremism ‘stand-downs,’ or discussions about extremism in the ranks ordered by Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin in February,” Fox News reported.

“This averages to just over 2 hours per Service member in a total force of 2.46 million members and is comparable to other Joint Force periodic training requirements,” the report added.

The areas included climate change, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion training (DEI). Some training also included efforts to fight “extremism” in the U.S.

“My @SASCGOP colleagues and I are alarmed that so much military training time and taxpayer money was devoted to a partisan, political agenda instead of recruiting, training and equipping the lethal force we need to defend this country,” Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe wrote.

The new report will also certainly be important as the nation continues to face concerns regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan and new threats of Russia’s potential invasion of Ukraine.
