Just 35 percent of Americans in a recent poll approve of President Joe Biden’s leadership, according to a CIVIQS poll on Jan. 4.
The rolling poll asked, “Do you approve or disapprove of the way Joe Biden is handling his job as president?”
A total of 55 percent disapproved, while nine percent neither approve nor disapprove.
President Joe Biden’s approval rating has dipped to just 35%, according to the CIVIQS rolling job approval survey released Tuesday.

Biden’s approval rating with Independents is especially concerning. Just 24 percent approved of his job performance.

In addition, Biden’s approval outranks his disapproval in only three states. His approval rating in California is just 46 percent.
The three states that approve of his performance include Hawaii, Massachusetts and Biden’s home state of Vermont.

Trump’s first year, in comparison, ended with -13 net approval, while Biden’s is a net approval of -18.
