U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland could potentially be impeached if Republicans gain power in the House following the midterm elections.
The impeachment threat is in response to Garland’s failure to crack down on protesters outside of the homes of Supreme Court justices from pro-abortion activists.
Not MAY..he, Pelosi, Biden, Harris, etc, must all face impeachment & in some cases treason charges!!!

“According to 18 U.S. Code § 1507, it is illegal to attempt to influence a judge’s ruling or interfere with the discharge of their duty with pickets or parades near any building occupied by a judge,” Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan said.
“That’ll be a decision that will be made by the entire conference,” he added of the House Judiciary Committee.

The threat of impeachment is not surprising, but the potential of the GOP winning back the House in November continues to increase, according to recent polls.
The win would also lead to likely investigations of other areas, including Hunter Biden, as well as the handling of the border crisis.
