Former New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo has returned once again, this time in a new poll that shows him only a few points behind Gov. Kathy Hochul in a hypothetical matchup.
“In an Emerson College-Hill survey, Hochul boasted 37% of Democratic voter support in a hypothetical gubernatorial primary, while Cuomo received only slightly less at 33%. None of the other nominees listed received double-digit support,” the Washington Examiner reported.
This is like a monster movie: he keeps coming back.

Though Cuomo will unlikely run for governor, a recent political ad has led to rumors he may run for a spot as the state’s attorney general.
If so, it would be a huge controversy following his resignation following an investigation of multiple women who reported he had sexually harassed them.
The strange poll shows that despite the controversy, Cuomo remains popular among many in New York.
