When asked about running for office again, Franken remained uncertain regarding his decision.
“I don’t know. I certainly loved my time in the Senate. I loved the job. I got a lot done. I was able to accomplish things I couldn’t accomplish anywhere else, I don’t think. So yeah, it would be tempting to try to do that again,” he answered.
Franken was accused of unwanted touching and forcible kissing by eight different women before his resignation.

The new information that he could run again is likely angering to many Americans glad to see Franken leaven. However, he continues to have some fans in Washington and in Minnesota who would at least entertain his ideas of running for elected office again.
